Regalport

The seat of High Prince Ryger ir'Wynarn and the Seadragon Principality, Regalport is the grandest city in Hell's Reach.  The patriarch of House Nostra resides in Regalport, and House Goodseller has a significant outpost here as well.  The Pirate Exchange located here is the largest market north of Xendra.

In the Third Age, Regalport (located on the Island of Greentarn) was all that existed of Hell's Reach.  Over the millennia, various leaders of the Reach extended the region's foothold in the Argonian Sea.  In time, the legendary explorer, Lhazaar, even managed to unite many of the warring pirate factions under a single unified banner, which helped Hell's Reach move toward its declaration of independence in the year 4986.

By the time they declared independence near the final decade of the Last War, Hell's Reach had grown to include most of the small islands in the Argonian Sea, having now completely assimilated the entirety of Sekolah's Jawbone.  The island prison colony where the expansion had begun had become known as Regalport and was declared the capital of the region.
