Floor 8 of Newton's Tower

A bronze statue guards the door to the stairs.

Perception:

There is a room sectioned off into the north eastern part of the floor, its door is N/S.

In the rest of the northern part of the floor is a sitting area and a desk.

There is a work area on the south side of the main room. (10)

A large chest in the along the eastern portion of the main room.

A glowing bottle with an hourglass shape sits atop another deep set of shelves just a little south of the large chest.

A cabinet with bottles on top of it is in the NE corner between the outer wall and the doorway to the sub-sectioned area.
