Lifetime gamer, U.S. Army Veteran, and former Tank Master Gunner. "Why carry your weapon when your weapon can carry you"
I am an old school gamer. I’ve been playing and GMing since 1979. I have run D&D Basic, AD&D all editions, D&D 3.5 and 5e, Pathfinder 1e, GURPS, Hero System, Cyberpunk 2020, Shadowrun, Top Secret, James Bond RPG, Palladium Games, Tunnels and Trolls, Gamma World, Boot Hill, Twilight 2000, Traveller, Car Wars, Battletech, Ogre, and more. As a GM I try to be as flexible and professional as I can to create the best gaming experience for you the players and myself. I try to create a friendly table where everyone is welcome. As your GM I am fair, firm, and consistent on rulings. I will not tolerate cheating, offensive behavior, or intoxication at my table. We're here to game enjoy each other's company and have fun. I have a start on time policy, so if the game is scheduled to start at 6pm then we start at 6pm. I try to end at the planned time or best stopping point, to include cliffhangers for dramatic effect. I try to resolve game issues during the session, As a matter of respect to everyone, I do not let personal caca intrude on the session and I hope that you will be as courteous.
As a player, I spend a lot of time developing my characters. I like to include motivations, history, and personal details. I role-play my characters as opposed to "roll-playing" them. I like to have fun gaming and make new friends.
Last words, gaming is not all I do. I work full time as a project manager. I retired as a Sergeant First Class after 23 years of active duty in the U.S. Army. My resume includes 3 combat tours and numerous assignments. My greatest achievement is graduating from the U.S. Army Armor School's M1A1 Tank Master Gunner Course. I am a grandfather and I am married to an amazing woman who is the absolute love of my life.
